This shipping policy applies exclusively to physical merchandise available in the telmyfriends store. Digital services (call bundles, subscriptions) do not involve physical shipping and are activated immediately upon purchase.

1. Manufacturing and fulfilment provider

All physical telmyfriends products are manufactured and shipped by Printify, a print-on-demand fulfilment service. Orders are processed through our WooCommerce-integrated store. Printify works with a global network of print providers, so your order may be manufactured and shipped from the provider closest to your delivery address.

2. Production time

As each product is made specifically for your order, there is a production time of 2 to 7 business days before dispatch. This is in addition to the carrier transit time shown below.

3. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the item and delivery address. Estimated transit times once your order has been produced are:
  • Spain: 3–7 business days
  • Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States and Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

4. Multiple packages

If you order several items, you may receive them in separate packages from different Printify providers, as each product may be manufactured at a different facility. No additional shipping charges apply for this.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the relevant carrier’s website to track your shipment.

6. Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes under the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. telmyfriends has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

7. Incorrect delivery address

telmyfriends is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at the time of order. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] before your order enters production.

8. Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will raise a claim with Printify and the carrier. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for the options available in the event of a confirmed lost order.
