- Any additional minutes used will also be charged at massively discounted rates.
- Any unused minutes will be carried over up to a maximum of 1 hour.
- Unlimited calls, each call time will be deducted from your balance.

Subscription Includes
15 Minutes of Call Time
Your 15 minutes of Call Time is renewed every month, any unused time accumulates, up to a maximum of 1 hour.
Telephone Interpretation Service
Once you join the subscription program, you will be given a direct number where you can request a call back from an interpreter with your required language combination.

Contact Number Service
Register our number as your official contact with a hospital, business, or institution in Spain. When they call, we will answer in their language and pass the details on to you. Call time works exactly like any other call, deducted from your monthly minutes.
SMS Forwarding
Prefer a text instead of taking a call live? We can send you a short SMS with the details in your own language. Your plan includes 10 forwarded messages a month, then 1 minute each after that.
WhatsApp Messaging
We can also message your contacts on WhatsApp on your behalf. Time taken is charged the same way as a call, from your monthly minutes.
Cancel or Pause Any Time
You can cancel or pause your Subscription from your account on our site at any time.
